I went on a shoot with cowboy this weekend. There isn't a lot of material from the shoot because I was shooting video most of the time. I had to grab this shot, but I'm really frustrated with the results. I haven't cleaned it up much yet, and wanted to throw some ideas down for what I could have done differently. First, I need a lens hood. That flair is really annoying.
the framing on this shot is terrible. I have several other shots of that lamp, and I did get one or two that are OK. This shot shows the reflection in the window very clearly. What I did not get is a good shot that includes that reflection. I didn't even think about it at the time. arg.
